Joe leads the global sales strategy for Firstlight International and is tasked with helping to communicate the Firstlight vision to literally every corner of the globe. A specialist in high-end real estate and resort sales and marketing with extensive experience in co-ownership developments, Joe draws on his formidable experience to direct the design development, architecture and co-ownership programs of Firstlight whilst ensuring full community engagement with projects. Joe will also head up the building and training of the sales team, a responsibility facilitated by his extensive contacts and a global professional network.

Formerly with Discovery Land Company and previously The Timbers Resorts, Joe has a track record of success and connection to a large source of high-net worth clients internationally. Joe's ability to lead and build strong relationships along the way is key to the success of Firstlight International.
