James Walker

James Walker is responsible for the overall delivery of all Firstlight projects in the Australasian region and he brings a level of project control and management that is simply crucial to success. From inception to delivery, James reflects our vision with a complete end to end management approach that ensures the successful delivery of every Firstlight development in the region.

Previously, James was the commercial director at K2 Capital Partners, the real estate investment group headed up by Matt Spence. James has also worked as the real estate business development analyst for Stephen Bellotti at Aspen BlueSky Holdings in Aspen, USA. Prior to his involvement in real estate, he successfully built up his own business consulting company in London before selling it to a public company in 2001. James started his career in management consultancy with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
