Heywood's immediate focus will be to apply his expertise to develop the operations framework, services and amenities for the company's first Australian project, Firstlight Noosa. He will be instrumental in establishing a high end luxury service culture throughout all the Firstlight properties as we develop them globally.

Having managed award-winning luxury hotels and resorts across the globe, Heywood brings to the organisation a wealth of high end operational and development planning experience and an intuitive understanding of a premium level of personalised service, amenity and experience central to the Firstlight proposition. Heywood's credentials include time spent managing Voyages signature resorts throughout Australia, ten years with Amanresorts in various regional capacities both in Asia and the US and nine years with Four Seasons resorts spanning three different continents.
