David Coflin

David Coflin oversees the financial structuring of all investment vehicles and real estate development activities for Firstlight International and ensures that all debt is secured for the Group's investment vehicles and their projects. Additionally he has overall responsibility for growing the Firstlight brand, revenues and future Firstlight sites in the US region.
Previously he worked with Stephen Bellotti and Brooke Peterson as a partner at Aspen BlueSky Holdings. David has also served as Division President of WestStar Bank overseeing all banking activities in key US leisure markets such as Aspen and Vail. David brings a perfect blend of financial expertise and real estate knowledge drawing on more than 20 years of real estate finance and 12 years of resort banking experience. His area of expertise is project finance, acquisitions analysis, and asset management and he has served in various executive banking positions in Colorado and the mid-Atlantic region of the US.
